The Town is proposing an amendment to La Conner Municipal Code Chapter 15.125.010 - Nonconforming development.  The text changes will clearly segregate requirements for nonconforming structures, uses and development, adding an Administrative Conditional Use process for redevelopment pertaining to the nonconforming use. 

Public hearings are scheduled before the Planning Commission on September 16, 2008 and the Town Council on October 28, 2008.  Both meetings start at 6:00 p.m. in Upper Maple Center.
